​The 18th COTER commission meeting will take place on Monday 24 April 2023 from 11:00 to 18:00 (Brussels time) at the CoR premises.

Highlights from the agenda include:

• "Do no harm to cohesion - A cross-cutting principle contributing towards cohesion as an overall objective and value of the EU", by rapporteur Mr Michiel RIJSBERMAN (NL/renew E.); 

 • "Mid-term review of the Multiannual Financial Framework: the regional and local viewpoint", by rapporteur Mr. Thomas HABERMANN (DE/EPP). 

 During this meeting, there will also be exchanges of views on the following opinions: 

 • "A Drone Strategy 2.0", by rapporteur Mr. Wɫadysɫaw ORTYL (PL/ECR); 

 • "A Just and Sustainable Transition for Automotive Regions", by rapporteur Mr. Sven Schulze (EPP/DE). 

 COTER Members will also be informed about "Regional DiscoverEU programmes – update from Eurail on developments and opportunities for LRAs".
